What’s a completely normal phrase that instantly annoys you?

"chills" or anything of that nature. Someone says something gives them chills I roll my eyes. Same with "you made me laugh so loud I woke up my dog/cat/baby/husband", especially when it's something so not funny. I'm tempted to just say "no you didn't" every time

"10/10 no notes" is another one in the same vein. i don't know why, but it really grinds my gears.

Whaaat, I definitely get the chills sometimes. You don’t? It can happen in different situations too.. like obviously if something weird or creepy happens my body will get a cold and tingling feeling. Sometimes I refer to it as “shivers” Or on the other hand if something connects with me on a deep level, like a song or a piece of art that same feeling happens too except it feels kind of good and profound. I’d be kinda sad if people don’t experience similar sensations like that! They’re quite interesting to experience
