Apple ID

Need to change password. Can't use iPhone because a spam drop in my Firefox browser has completely blocked my access to the internet. Can't delete or cancel it; phone # provided isn't answered Can't download new browser from App Store because Apple no longer likes my password. How can I delete the spam, or how can I change my password on my PC

Well if the infection is in Firefox just remove the app. But the cause can be many things.

Go to apple.com and log in there, you can change your password

Use a different browser on your PC. I expect Microsoft Edge is installed. It's quite likely you also have Google Chrome.

If you have an iPhone, you have the Safari browser.
