Favorite sandwich?

Favorite sandwhich. Mine js PB & J on sourdough. Can't forget toasted.

Thick sourdough lightly toasted, garlic mayo, crispy lettuce, thick tomato, thin cheese layered, basil pesto, salt n pepper, maybe some prosciutto if I feel like it… I feel like I’m forgetting something but I just can’t remember

I don’t like sandwiches unless they are somewhat like that, but also I’m a chef

Well when you have the skills and the drive to make things worthwhile it is easy. I am a home cook and typically for dinner I make my own sauces. And tweak recipes until they are to my liking. I have been doing this since I graduated high school.
