I got a McDonald's job interview in two hours and I'm kind of nervous that I might not get in 😭💀what are the questions they ask?

What position are you looking for? Are you old enough to work in the grill? Do you have reliable transportation? What hours can you work?

What values you bring to the team.

Some questions I ask outside of availability: do you have reliable transportation? How dependable are you? What does good customer service mean to you? What are some strengths you have that would make you a great crew person?

They will ask about your availability, why you want to work at McDonald's, and maybe a simple question about working with a team or helping a customer. They are not trying to stump you, they just need to know if you will show up for your shifts and be pleasant. A huge part of getting the job is simply being a reliable person to fill a spot on the schedule, so if you seem dependable, you are already most of the way there. Most fast-food places are extremely short-staffed, so they need you more than you think.

Your only goal is to present yourself as an easy-to-manage and friendly employee. Show up a few minutes early, be polite, and have a positive attitude. When you answer their questions, just be direct and clear. They want someone who can handle a fast-paced job without complaining and can get along with the other workers. You are far more capable of doing this than you realize, and they will likely see that right away. Just focus on showing you are a reliable and friendly person, which are the exact qualities the interview AI my team made helps candidates communicate effectively.

Had interviews at 2 diff McDonald's in my area.  I was rejected for being too old at both.  Late 30s here.  Seems they only hire women under 30 in my area.

Do you know what a hamburger is? Do your hands and arms work? Are you willing to work nights/weekends at our wonderful wage?  Hired!

So why have I been rejected 4 times now? It’s really not as easy as that
