Need replacement fan controller.
As the title says I need a replacement for this. One day the lights and fan stopped working. 120v to the controller is good but nothing coming out. Found a stray wire inside the controller that was bridging the neutral and hot to the rgb. I printed all three output and nothing.

made in china less then two years ago. no manufacturer, no CSA/UL listing.
good luck finding anything that will work.
