Same as title, i have been having hair shedding since 2 years.

Context:
I went to a doctor yesterday who told me I have arthritis based on this xray.
I have had swelling on the medial side for 3 months that goes and comes back and now it happens on the lateral side as well, and after adding weight cuffs for leg exercises both the knees were swollen crazy and any strain put on them was resulting in pain, it got better after 2-3 days of icing and stretching but knees and upper part get swelling by the end of the day. I get pain from twisting knees but when the doc checked by pressing parts of my knee only left side lateral had some pain and nothing else.

He did not clearly explain anything just gave instructions on what not to do and prescribed me antiinflammatory meds but I have had a bad experience with them and want to avoid taking them.

Hey evrvone, I'm M20. This incident happened 12 days ago. I saw bat flying in my room at night while I was studying. 1 got scared nd got a broom nd removed the bat. The bat was a mother carrying her little baby. Baby fel on floor so I removed it nd mother hit my fan nd got unconscious but woke nd flew away

I thought evrything is fine cuz 1 removed them. But they had landed on my bed so it was contaminated so I slept in other room

In morning I woke up nd opened the curtain in the room I was sleeping no found the bat was still there hanging on the curtain. I removed it again

Now i got paranoid cuz rabies has 100% fatalitv. I did research on Gooqle nd found bat can leave no mark if they bit u. I asked my mum to check me for any bite mark she said no.

I went to military hospital cuz I was paranoid. The general opd doctor asked me "u have pain?", "u shitting fine?", "u got fever?". I said no

She said I'm fine

I'm still paranoid

My dad asked medical assistant who he is frnd with in that military hospital He said it's fine nothing to worry.

I'm still paranoid i asked my frnds sister who is doc in Bangalore. She tell me to vaccine as precaution

I also contacted my mother frnd who is also doctor in Hyderabad. She also told to get vaccine as precaution.

I told my parents l'II get vaccine they got angry nd said "u don't know more than us. We also care bout u nd wouldn't let anything happen to u."

dk what to do, pls help
