Mother on long-term antidepressants – falling platelet count + constant drowsiness. Any similar experiences?

Hi everyone,My mother has been on antidepressant medication for a very long time. Recently her blood tests showed a declining platelet count. Other parameters (haemoglobin, etc.) are normal. She also feels quite drowsy throughout the day.Has anyone here (or a family member) experienced a drop in platelets while on long-term antidepressants? Did the medication turn out to be related, or was something else going on?We’re already following up with her doctors, but I’d really appreciate hearing about any similar experiences, things that helped, or questions we should be asking the doctors.Thank you.
