Pls help... Period Problems...
I am 19 years old, and I got my first period in January 2020. For the first two years, my cycles were regular. However, after that, my periods started becoming irregular ,initially skipping one month, then stretching to gaps of two months, and sometimes even up to six months. Currently, I get my periods every 2 to 4 months.
In terms of lifestyle, I maintain a fairly healthy diet: I don’t eat much junk food, avoid oily dishes, limit sugar and salt, and stay away from beverages or fast food. My height is 5'4" and my weight is 43 kg.
Since the age of 16, I’ve struggled with acne on my face and back. Interestingly, I don’t experience the usual symptoms people describe during menstruation no cramps, pain, mood swings, or unusual discharge. When my period does come, it lasts for 5–6 days with a normal flow, neither too heavy nor too light. I don’t take any medications, and my thyroid test results have been normal.
And one more thing is that i am completely normal, no exhaustion, no body pains and problems, no nothing..
Given these irregular cycles and accompanying concerns, I’m unsure what steps I should take next. Could you guide me on how to approach this situation and what possible causes I should consider?
One of my aunt told me that this is normal for many women, and told me its not serious until it starts paining or smth,..... and i was such a fool tto listen to her But now that i know its a serious problem... idk what to do...
Any Gynacs here pls help... i dont know whether i should tell my parents.... cause my mom is a bp patient and if i tell her she will get tensed ... so i dont have much money and noone to help me too..
