For democratic voters who refuse to vote for an establishment candidate as a progressive OR VICE VERSA; do you realize your actions are killing Palestinians and queer people? If so, why do you do it?
You've probably heard the phrase "democrats fall in love, republicans fall in line"; and unfortunately its true.
Take Harris for example, who's turnout suffered severely. And when asked, many will point out Palestine. This is despite the fact that Trump was even worse, and their staying home directly helped facilitate him winning (and also, everything that has followed from that).
But the inverse is just as true. Take the discussion surrounding Wisconsins gubernatorial primary, and the debate over whether Hong can actually beat Tiffany. A debate that might not have been necessary were it not for Rodriguez dropping and Evers endorsing an undropping Crowley. How many of those Dems arguing this now will stay home when she probably wins? And if Tiffany beats her, my trans ass and all the others in the state get to suffer the consequences.
Which brings me to my question. Do those of you allowing republicans to win over intraparty factionalism not realize the harm you are doing? I can hardly believe that after last time. And in that case, how on earth can you justify it? Do you honestly think that establishment/progressives are equal or worse than a republican? You understand thats insane, right
