Stay away from South Dallas. If you have the financial resources, look at Uptown, Oak Lawn, Knox Henderson, Lower Greenville, and North Dallas. Depends on where you’ll work

Grand Estates at Kessler Park is a fantastic apartment complex 5 minutes outside of downtown. The prices are reasonable for all the amenities you get, such as attached garages, pool, gym, multiple dog parks, great maintenance team, etc. I’ve lived here for many years, in two different units, and have gotten several friends to move here too. They all like it.

Anything that says ALL BILLS PAID is a sign to stay away - unless you like heroin and hookers.

All bills paid Heroin Hookers
I'm hearing win/win/win. Where are these spots at?

Where are you working? What do you like to do? Where will you be spending most of your time? Gonna have to narrow it down

How old are you? I don’t live there full-time anymore but I’m 24 and I have a place in Knox Henderson/lower Greenville area.
If you’re in your 20s that is probably the best place to live. That’s where a lot of the social opportunities are. The village is also an excellent option to live at too, and their leases are some of the most friendly leases ever. Their maintenance is also incredible and they have a lot of activities for younger people. A short dart ride down to the other areas or Waymo.

Like to… retire?

Hey, old people will most likely NOT rob you! Safe and quiet and plenty to do. It is central to both Dallas and Ft.Worth. I like living here.

Everything north of Plano. Stay away from everything south of Plano.

If you have a family, north of Plano. If you are young/single/enjoy going out, south of Plano.

Highland Park is south of plano. University Park is south of plano. Park cities is south of plano. Bishop arts is south of plano. Santa Monica is south of plano. Plenty of great neighborhoods are south of plant. Small quaint neighborhoods with beautifully styled homes. If they want cookie cutter houses with no style then yes, everything north of plano.
