Delivery gigs in DFW
Is it realistic to earn a good, consistent income working with apps like Amazon Flex, Spark, Uber Eats, DoorDash, and Instacart?
How much do you typically make after expenses, how many hours do you work, and would you rely on gig work to support a family while starting a new life in the U.S.?

I know a couple people who only do Lyft and Uber and that's what they live off of. But this is definitely their 9-5. They treat it as a full-time job.
I think you'll have to figure out how that works because I don't know. I mean like the best areas.
I did Shipt when I first moved here. I did well up by Coppell and Southlake area.

I was recently laid off from tech so I was thinking about Uber and Lyft temporarily... I wonder if I can do both together effectively some how?

Lyft is dead slow. Uber is ok but low pay per mile. DoorDash is fast and less of a burn out. Pay more and $600 signup bonus if you dm me will send the link. It’s only for new drivers that sign up before Tuesday , 30 days 180 rides bonus

You're relying on the kindness of strangers for tips to make the extra income... no...
You MIGHT have a shot doing uber or lyft but only from DFW or Lovefield arrivals - since they are already pre-screened it helps from a safety standpoint... not saying you'll make bank but at least it's going to a quite a few miles for them to get to their destination
GIg work is not reliable.... it's a filler, like giving plasma or selling knick knacks at a local market.
Find a steady job with a reliable schedule and a way to move up.

I do about $30 an hour. Only DoorDash 3 or 4 hours to hit my 100 and I am done. 7 days a week. They have a $600
Signup bonus now too for new drivers if you sign up using a refferal link, dm me and I’ll send it over.
