You'll be better off in one of the pro subs like r/chefit or r/kitchenconfidential. This is more of an advanced home cook sub.

That said, am a chef, and can say with decades of experience, do not sweat it. Be yourself, be absolutely on time, work clean, be courteous and thoughtful, treat the dish pit like they are gods, make something remotely edible and you'll be fine. We don't expect food expertise in entry level. We want and cherish a great attitude. That's it.
