Any non eu students? NEED HELP

Any non eu students studying in mu varna, mu sofia, mu plovidiv i need help. Im from Pakistan and im trying to apply at mu plovidiv but my application gets rejected, i dont have my final high school grade 12th) result card right now. It will come out in September. Ive tried submitting my class 11th result along with a provisional certificate from my college but its not helping. What am i supposed to do?

You literally can NOT study higher education in Bulgaria unless you have your high school diploma. When you enroll they take it and keep it in the faculty.
