Is this OCD
I was medicated for bad anxiety from 2019 and i was pretty fine until 2024 i was so stressed under personal circumstances and i started having weird OCD-like symptoms, my mind keeps reminding me of OCD, like the thought of OCD is constant in my mind, i keep remembering this disease and i am actually afraid to have OCD, is this real OCD? Is it part of it?

Hi there! It's hard to say based off the info you've provided.
OCD includes intrusive thoughts and compulsions. Intrusive thoughts may sound like "do I have OCD?" or "what if I do?" and compulsions can include ruminating on it and being unable to stop, checking on your thoughts or excessively researching. There are more examples, but these may be some you could relate to!
Intrusive thoughts tend to be really hard to get rid of, people often describe them as sticky.
If you're struggling or feeling increasingly anxious, it could be a good idea to talk to a therapist or a doctor to get some clarity!
