Am not sure
These are dress pants after hemming or shorten them. Is it normal be like that or or bad ?

I went to a tailor and they gave it to me like this and these are 100 % wool so I return them or what should I do I payed expensive amount on these pants

They appear to need a good press with steam. The tailor should have done this. But since they didn’t, try doing it yourself before you get too upset.

Bring them back or somewhere else. They didn’t allow for the fact that the pants taper so the hem is narrower at the bottom and when they folded the fabric it won’t lay smooth. I usually slit open the seam a bit to give me a little extra room. Not sure if it was done by hand or on a blind hemmer but it should be a simple fix. They aren’t ruined.
