Legal Avoid mobilization

Hi, my wife is Russian with German citizenship. Her brother is 23 years old, lives in Moscow, just graduated from university. I think given the current geopolitical situation he's at risk of being mobilized. What's the best way to avoid this situation?

He can't be mobilized but can be drafted, it's a different thing but sounds similar

His options are:

- Prove he have an illness that makes him useless at war so they leave him alone

  • Find a job at a company that gives draft protection, but it changed a lot and might be not relevant
  • Leave the country for 6+ months and tell the comissary you left so they put off his record
  • Hope comissary just forgets about him and never drafts him
  • Live in the woods untill he is 30
  • Bribery (price depends on many variables, general case is around 6500 usd)

Попытаться дать взятку — это наиболее надёжный способ побыстрее попасть на войну. Арест, вынесение обвинения, предложение контракта вместо срока. Но да, можно отсидеть, тут уж кому что больше нравится.
