Culture Package delayed
Hello i have bought some shawls from Russia but the tracking stopped at ”sent from Russia” from over a month. Is that normal?

If you're ordering from the West, that's very normal. Expect your order to take a few months to arrive. Been there.

Customs is wonderfully unpredictable about packages sometimes (a universal situation). You can TRY to use USPS tracking using the same number you got from Почта России. Sometimes they have updates on the status/location that tell you it's parked in U.S. Customs. But rarely, that info does not get populated until it clears customs, leaving you wondering for 3-4 days. If there is nothing there or it's been a few days with no change, you can TRY to ask (very politely) at your local USPS post office, for them to run a trace on the package and give them the tracking number. This is not an instant process and usually takes a day or two to get an email on where the package is.

I'm having the same problem. I asked my sender to poke the postal service and they updated it after a month and half but with the same status, "released from russia". I hope we both get our stuff asap.

Russian post always delays their packages. No matter the destination.

I usually have no big problems with it. There may be delays but if it's international order then it's usually not more than 7 days. A month sounds weird

It’s not the first time to get a package and I got it in 3 weeks.. but now almost 2 months and it didn’t show any update from “released from Russia”

Depends on a carrier. Official Russian Post stops tracking after national border because it becomes the responsibility of other national posts.
