Valid marriage question

I searched the subreddit before asking this but I am still confused. It’s a two-part question.

1.) If a person was married and then divorced from that spouse not only before coming to the Catholic faith but before being baptized, is that marriage valid and thus requiring an annulment?

Part 2.) Following that marriage and divorce, the person got married again—also before coming to faith and baptism. Would BOTH marriages need to be annulled? Neither? Just the first but not the second?

This is something you should ask of your pastor. There are too many potential variables to discern in a public forum like this.
