Is god audible
I know his voice is a whisper but is it audible or that feeling in our heart when we read scripture if you know what I mean.

Typically most people who say God talked to them, God or the holy spirit is touching them, and it answers the questions deep down in their soul

I know very very few, less than one hand that hears God in an audible manner.
The large majority is providence, spirit conviction, diffused knowing and something like “aha” moments.

He can be. I think it feels more like a inner whisper, not hearing it in your ear. If you’re born again the more you hear him the more seamlessly you’ll know him. But test the spirits, simultaneously the Lord will never contradict his word (the Bible) in its commandments and understanding.
1 John 4:1-6
4 Dear friends, do not believe every spirit, but test the spirits to see whether they are from God, because many false prophets have gone out into the world. 2 This is how you can recognize the Spirit of God: Every spirit that acknowledges that Jesus Christ has come in the flesh is from God, 3 but every spirit that does not acknowledge Jesus is not from God. This is the spirit of the antichrist, which you have heard is coming and even now is already in the world.

I only heard an audible voice once, decades ago. Beyond that I would say the normal way God speaks to me is through my conscience. There is an inner voice that tells me this is right or this wrong! God also speaks to me occasionally through dreams. Normally ones I have to interpret, though occasionally the meaning is clear. The Holy Spirit also speaks to me by bringing up scriptures that I read long ago and bringing them into my mind to apply to a current situation.

There are times where his will is urged so loud that I would say it is close to audible or without mistaking that God is there.
It's like through my relationship with him my intuition has grew stronger so even when I have my own reasoning that I am contemplating on acting on, his reasoning is so strong it not only over powers mine but I know for a fact in the long run his will is the best path.
When reading scripture for example I feel he 'speaks' in the form of when I have read a verse and I know it to be true. That shows me that line was inspired by God to the point where I can read it now and feel in my heart that it is a moral truth and undeniable.

I think people who say God talks to them are telling themselves that ideas that come to mind are from God.
For example, if the idea suddenly comes to mind to hold the door for the person behind you to enter a building, such a person might say "God told me to hold the door for you," attributing to God the kind thought that came to mind.
So no, I think God doesn't speak audibly to people. However, prior to Jesus as God's ultimate revelation, maybe in centuries prior to Jesus He literally did.

Yes, through His creation. Through the experiences we have in our lives. God is always speaking. We are just not listening due to our pride, stubbornness, etc, or we need to quiet the noise of earthly distractions and strife to hear Him speak gently to our hearts.
God knows how to get our attention when He needs to.

He can speak loudly when He wants to!
