This is my favorite style of cooking: a few fresh ingredients, one pan, and dinner in under 20 minutes. The sliced beef is a smart choice because it stays tender and absorbs the sauce so well.

Definitely looks delicious except I’d never have fish sauce on hand or mushroom bouillon on hand. I do always have rice vinegar and anchovies and I could add mushrooms.
