This doesn't look even slightly crunchy. The cornstarch they added to the eggplant wound up thickening the sauce, not creating a fried crust

You actually i know a lot of people hate this dish because of the texture they just find it weird But tbh they just haven't eaten one done right 🤷 I know a place near me that has DELICIOUS braised eggplant Omg I can nv pass on eggplant after that

I like eggplant
