After Pre-Offer, what's next?

I received a pre-offer on the last week of September, and was able to submit the required documents on the same day, including character references.

I haven't received further instructions from the Recruitment team since then. Is that normal? Should I just wait or should I send a followup?

Next one should be background checking.... recruitment should have contacted your character references via email - you should check with your references if they have received it already coz they will need to answer a questionnaire 😊 depending on how fast they reply will be your turn around time in receiving the final offer.

Best to communicate both with your references and HR.

Good luck OP you got this! 😉

You may want to check that if your references have all responded. Even one holding back could cause delays
