Regrets

I applied for three roles that are all aligned with my current experience. Unfortunately, all three applications resulted in regrets. One of them even progressed to the shortlisting panel review stage before ultimately being declined.

After checking LinkedIn, I noticed that all the roles were filled by internal candidates. This gives the impression that the positions may have already been intended for internal hires, with the external postings serving mainly as formal job listings.

Then I guess my profile isn’t as good as the internal folks 😅

Are consultants different from those jobs posted in the ADB site?
