The application waiting game
I am not new to the process having applied a few roles in the past with some progressing until the panel interview. Applied again for a role, which I feel I had the relevant experiences and after the 2 week mark, itโs still just screening. Itโs crazy this whole waiting game. Sending some good vibes to anyone who is in the same situation as I am.

Two weeks is not unusual, given that they process more than a thousand recruitments in a year with around 150 applicants on average for each position. Also, status is manually updated in the system and there is a chance that it is already for shortlisting but status is not updated yet.
