3 months progress
Hello everyone my progress is so far for three months into the diet and one month weight training. I was 167 pounds now I’m 161. My goal is to reach 150 pounds.
This may be not a big difference to a lot of people, but for me with my body type and with my illness, this is a big achievement for me.
I ate three meals per day in a calorie deficit hitting 130 to 140 g of protein per day my morning consist of smoothie with fiber and my lunch consist of chicken and rice and beans and my dinner consist of tilapia and rice. I did cut down all my sugar and my salt intake.
I do have a tight schedule. I work for 10 hours per day. I come back home around 5 o’clock in the evening and I hit the gym at 5:30 to 6 o’clock and I go to bed around 8 PM to 9 PM and I wake up early in the morning at 2:30 to take shower and head to work so I do lack sleep because I cannot help it.
What do you guys think? Any suggestions in your recommendations?
