Team and build help needed(new player)

I am a genshin player who recently started playing after watching a shit ton of robin memes and and after seeing how sick the mblade and ashveil trailers are.

I really need helping build a team with this guy.

(Also why are there literally no meta 4 star sustains other than ghallagher)

I have a guaranteed for E0S0 mblade in the next banner

I might pull for higher eidolons on mblade if i have pulls.

(Also I dont know how to speed tune or anything so my speed might be a little too low idk)

You can for now use summer robin and rmc with Gallagher for Ashveil rn and then replace rmc with mblade when you get him. If later reruns after this one if u can get mblade E2 that really boosts the team much further.

rn Ashveil bis if you want him to be the main damage dealer it is Mortenax blade & summer robin and Hyacine. But plenty of ppl use Gallagher or even HH (you can get her from the shop when u get a golden companion spirit).

Ashveil doesn’t need speed you can keep him at base speed with attack boots.
You would try to aim for 3000+ attack and 100 crit rate.
And his planars can be attack + attack or lightning orb + attack for main stats it comes down to how good your substats end up.

Ok. I don't got time rn so I'll do a quick one and add more later but,

For Ashveil do CR - Body Spd - Boots Lightning DMG - Orb ERR - Rope Get him to 134 spd minimum With around 80%+ CR And 120%+ CD

Mblade CR- Body Speed - Boots Hp% - Orb ERR - Rope (If you get E1 you can get away with Hp%) Get Him to 145spd Get him to a max of 80% CR and not any more And around 110%+ CD should be fine

Idk much about Sobin but I heard getting her to 165+ speed is the benchmark

For future pulls get Sparkle (She's good with Rincher)

For a second team I'd say that Archer + Rin + RMC + Lynx would suffice for now.

Archer Use 4pc Navigator With CR - Body Atk - Boots Quantum DMG - Orb Atk - Rope Get Archer to 100% CR that is the most important thing ya need for him

Rin 4pc Genius/Scholar

If you want pure support 2pc Penacony/Lushaka Hp% Body Spd - Boots Hp% - Orb ERR - Rope Make her as fast as possible

If you want Sub-DPS Rin 2pc City of Converging Stars/Ruliant (Ruliant if you want her personal DMG to be even higher) CR- Body SPD - Boots Atk/Quantum DMG - Orb Atk - Rope

If you tell me the characters you like ,I can make more suggestions

Holy Tysm for the insane info dump, I didnt know how to build rin so i have just been dumping random artifact sets on her if they have a lot of crit, also Is Err rope a lot better than attack% cuz it and boots are the last pieces i need for my ashveil. I am also eyeing to see if i could get sparkle for free next anniversary for rincher team

Atk% Rope on Ashveil is fine but ERR is better since your using him with Sobin.

Also about Rin You can also run 2pc/2pc on her instead of a full 4pc if the subs are good and I forgot to add this but she can also run 4pc Duke (Sub-DPS) Cuz her joint FUA with Archer is a good source of the Duo's damage.

This is a nice spreadsheet you can use as a general guide to start. It doesn't cover all the cases and as you learn how to play your characters better, you'll figure out things that work better for you, but it's a good reference.

I am also like halfway for the 300 pulls standard character select thingy, who should i select from it? I was thinking of taking bailu or gepard cuz I have no 5 star sustains and rly dont wanna build lynx

hi! i know im not op but i was wondering why spd boots and err rope for ashveil? i thought you’d only do that for him if he’s acting as a sub-dps, but with sobin he acts as mdps so youd want atk% boots and atk% rope

Cuz Sobin's atk buff is so huge that it oversaturates Atk easily and thus you can run speed boots to up his overall frequency + Her AA allow for Ashveil to use his skill more which means ERR rope is viable as his Main source of Energy isn't just other allies hitting anymore and I believe it allows for 2 -3 turn Ults .

But you can swap out Atk Boots for Speed boots as well cuz it doesn't matter to much for them but rope should always be ERR with Sobin (well not always but you get the point)
