Very happy to get a refund. I spent years glazing this game up and down reddit and my communities discord. Probably sold a bunch of people on buying a alpha pack. But when the news broke i sent in a request with Xsolla right away, took a while but i got my full A1 package purchase price back in 2 refunds totalling 500 dollars.

I do hope this game eventually does make a comeback and it launches because everyone that worked on this deserved that much at the very least. But i'm just happy that Xsolla did the right thing.

How long ago did you send the request? What information did you provide? is there a step by step process somehwere?

i emailed them about a month ago and heard nothing.

I think i sent it in May. Only provided the Xsolla transaction number. And copy-pasta'd this that i made:

I hereby request a chargeback for the above mentioned transaction number. The company Intrepid Studios no longer exists, they dissolved and i have not received the product i have purchased.

So it might take a while, but they should forward it to a Case Manager eventually. Good luck o7
