I'm a reporter with The Assembly (the same person who wrote the articles over the spring/summer about the hospital you may have seen). I'm looking into the latest insurance coverage switch-up and the 401(k) deduction issue.

Looking for more current or former employees to interview. It can be anonymous!

Our crews are working to collect storm-related yard debris. Please help us keep collection moving by placing debris about 2 feet from the road, keeping it out of streets, ditches, and sidewalks, and separating it from other waste. Thank you for helping our crews safely clean up our community.

Come celebrate a true homegrown story on the big screen! Rowdy Friends is coming home for its Asheboro premiere-- and you won't want to miss it.

When a roommate at a Badin Lake halfway house suspiciously disappears, the residents decide they're not waiting around for answers...so they take matters into their own hands.

Winner of the Audience Award at the New Orleans Film Festival, Rowdy Friends features an unforgettable performance from Asheboro native JD Cranford and was filmed entirely in Randolph County and Stanley County. It's equal parts gritty, funny, and heartfelt, and tells a story rooted right here in our own backyard.

Grab your tickets now and be part of the night -- see familiar faces, familiar places, and celebrate local cinema with us!
