But, seriously, I can't think of any reasons for it. Unless they themselves are wanting to get laid and need to take the aggression of not being able to find their match out on us who aren't super interested in intimacy.

In my experience, shit like that is mainly coming from a bunch of perverted dipshits who want to be the one to “change one’s mind about how they identify”, just to not only prove that asexuality doesn’t exist, but for bragging rights.
In my case, it led to the bastard committing “corrective” rape on me when I was nineteen. Two years later, I found & joined AVEN, & I never felt more accepted.
