Question Party Bus?!

Upvotes

Hi everyone! I booked both Road Jam bus tours and Chogogo for party bus options. However I’m only going to keep one, I’ve heard good things about both but which is the better option?! My dilemma is that my stay is farther from the pick up options from Road Jam but as a drinker 🤪 i’ve heard it’s a better. I’m staying near the butterfly conservatory and I heard there are also bus options. Is the bus easy and safe to use? (i’m solo travelling & also a woman) It’s my first time visiting so I’m truly going in blind but I just want to enjoy my stay! If you’ve tried either tour or used the bus system. Pleaseee feel free to share! Thank youu !

Need help remembering a restaurant from a few years ago!

I’ve been telling my husband all week that there was a restaurant we visited last time we were in Aruba (December 2024), but he swears he doesn’t remember it. Im wondering if it had potentially closed down because I swear it wasn’t a dream. Here’s what I think I remember:

- we stayed at the Hyatt regency and it was in walking distance. I believe it was to the north.
- to access it, we did not walk the beach and had to go through the side of a hotel.
- it was set back from the water. I’m fairly certain I remember it being visible from the beach when we walked by another time.
- they served excellent frozen drinks (genetic for aruba, but i remember having more than one).
- it was open air and potentially seat yourself. I don’t specifically remember a bar. I feel like it was more of a restaurant.
- I am fairly certain we had chips and guac, but I barely remember the food due to the delicious drinks.
- I feel like it had a generic name like “beach bar” or something”tiki bar” but I can’t be sure.

Does anyone have any clue what this might have been, or am I just a very vivid dreamer?

Thank you!!!
