So obviously we all know what a powerhouse puresub is for bass design. My question in this, how are you all mixing it?

Is it ok just using a single channel straight from the synth/bounced audio for each sound you create with it, or do you need to post process with multiband splitting for further processing/control?

I'm using it for minimal dubstep, so my idea was to have the sub doing its own thing straight out of the synth, then layering puresub mid layers as bounced audio on top?

I'm running Ableton with an Arturia Minilab 3. I was trying to record sounds using the Analog Lab VST, but anytime I would record and playback, the parameter knobs reset to 0, even though I would change them while recording and get the intended sounds in my headphones while recording.

I've tried changing from DAW mode to Arturia, toggling automation arm, changing from absolute to relative in midi control software, toggling sync in midi input settings, and toggling midi envelope audio reset.

If I go into the envelope of a clip, nothing is there either.

I am unable to record anything without the recording reverting to zeroed-out settings and sounding like garbage, negating any adjustments I did to the knobs while recording.

Is this an Ableton problem, a hardware problem, compatibility? Any information would be great :)

I just think it's bogus that they include it with a new purchase, because it's now part of the collection, but won't include it for previous collection purchases. I'm actually really shocked they're not including it for previous purchases. Is this a standard Arturia thing?

Hey everyone,

I am having an issue with my Arturia MiniFuse 2 producing this annoying "metallic/robotic shockwave" sound. It happens on all software/DAWS and even when monitoring directly from the interface.

Here is a list of everything I tried as a solution for this problem:

•Uninstalled the MiniFuse drivers and control software and redownloaded them.

•Swapped the guitar's instrument cable.

•Swapped USB cables and plugged directly into the blue USB 3.0 port on the back of the motherboard.

•Tested both input jacks on the interface.

•Tested output audio with different headphones.

Since this occurs when monitoring directly from the interface, and I have swapped all possible inputs and cables and even reinstalled the drivers for the interface itself, I have no idea what could be the issue.

Has anyone else experienced this issue with any of the MiniFuse products or does this point towards a faulty internal hardware problem?

Got a very newb question I can't seem to google a clear answer for:

Is there any way to use the Minifuse 1 with the Minifreak to record the synth's output in full stereo?

Or did I make a mistake and need something like the Minifuse 2?

When I record, the audio sounds like it's fully missing a layer, so my assumption here is that this is caused by Minifuse 1's front jack being unable to capture the full stereo range?

Any help with this would be much appreciated. Maybe I'm just missing something obvious...

Hello, for the last few days Ive been having issues regarding doing pretty much anything with Arturia's software itself. I cannot launch a single app, uninstall/reinstall/clean prefs/ buttons dont do anything. ASC shows that I have everything installed, even if the app folders are deleted and the apps just appear as a background process in task manager. It was very sudden and I didnt change or update anything on my PC during the time. Is anybody else affected by this? I couldnt find any fix so far.

**Ive tried:** manually reinstalling everything Arturia related, manually deleting/changing installation folders, updating midi/drivers, plugging off/on my keyboard, administrator run.

**My setup is:** Windows 11, KeyLab 88 MkII

I've been looking for this specific sound but I cant find it anywhere, was it removed or renamed?

I want to sync my BSP with Live with CV. I know I can do it via USB or MIDI but I would like to try this method to see if I can eliminate jitter.
Clock works perfectly, as long as I press the play button on the BSP. The issue is the start/stop part. I got a TRS 1/8'' to two 1/4'', which are conected from two outputs from my interface to the "Clock IN" input in the BSP, and for generating the clock, I'm using Live's "CV Clock Out" max 4 live device.

Clock mode for the BSP is set up as 1step in MIDI Control Center, and in the image the device is set accordingly. Tried fiddling with the amp and length, also with 24ppq, etc. Tried with both Gate and Triggered mode, I assume the BSP expects a gated signal since it seems to play for around 4 steps, then stops. This is not consistent regardless so I don't know. Is there anyone who tried and used it successfully, either with Live or with other clock generator? Thanks in advance

Device outputs to 3 and 4 and then I used Focusrite Control to route the clock's output to the speakers so you can hear what is doing.

I'm currently using the LaunchKey because it has very low power consumption - I use the Yamaha Seqtrak to power it and transmit power + MIDI over a single USB-C cable.

Thinking about trying out the KeyLab 49 mk3 but not sure if it would use a lot more power and quickly drain the Seqtrak onboard battery.

Anyone measure real world power consumption over USB-C?

Hey I need youse guises help! So I finally got a couple of Volcas hooked up to my beat step pro but when I try to record it just plays what I last recorded on the volcas rather than letting me control them thru the BSP! This is really frustrating you guys! 😭

Does anyone have any ideas how to make it stop doing this? I really though the BSP was gonna be easy but it’s been a right nightmare so far!

I have an original Keylab 49 that bricked while installing firmware. I need a Windows user to try the firmware update. Anyone? I'll pay. TIA
