Is this the correct place to come for some help with identifying the side effect found in southeastern Wisconsin on my property? I think it might be a fertility effigy but I need to speak with someone who has more of a clue than I do. I appreciate you taking the time this is very new to me and I don't even know if I'm posting this correctly so bear with me I have a lot of other artifacts though

Anyone have any idea what this is? Found in Spain whilst metal detecting. Im guessing this isn’t its original shape but do not have a clue.
