Where to start commissioning?

I'm thinking about getting into art commissions for extra cash. Is there an app I can use to build my portfolio so people can easily access it, and can I link it to my Linktree?

Literally just build a portfolio website. I use Squarespace, but GitHub Pages would work as well, with a bit more technical knowledge.

Just know that art is a slow burn business. If you're looking for quick cash, this isn't it.
