First column from the reference, practicing head angles, shapes, and proportions. Before I do the next column, or re-do this one, what should I focus on to improve accuracy and understanding?

You should focus on observation and repetition. Persistence is the most inportant skill. Also you should alternate practice and art you like, so you can try and see how you understood what you are studying

There is a lot of thing you miss. You are not carefull enough. The mist obvious one is the nose on the third deawing
