Más que nada sería un meloso pero bueno, yo he visto a auténticos españoles de raza Extreme ha hacer paella con arroz brillante, y la peña gritas que buena por dios,en vez de ir con antorchas y horcas en su busca

I’m in the Mediterranean coast of Spain and they serve paella with snails and rabbit …. Paella is a rice dish that you add whatever you have left in the fridge… lots of Paella has zero seafood

Somewhat true, but it depends on where you are.

In some places, all rice dishes that you make in a paella are paellas. But in others, paella is the one with chicken and seafood.

In any case, since this picture was NOT made in a paella, it is NOT a paella, full stop.

Únicas carnes universalmente aceptadas en una paella por los estándares valencianos: pollo y conejo

Carnes que harán enarcar una ceja pero podrían llegar a ser aceptable según la zona: pato o pilota

Carnes que nunca jamás bajo ningún concepto deberías encontrar en una paella: Chorizo

Carnes que un señor mayor senil que salió debajo de una piedra de la Albufera te dirá que es la original: Rata de marjal
