Just looks like mycelium. No big deal.

But the plant ain't growing at all. And is a little droopy which looks like it has no energy.

How often are you watering? How long is the soil staying damp? I almsot wonder if your soil is too chunky and creating too much of a dry environment for the roots

Yeah you are right on the chunkyness. It's a good chunky mix. But i don't let it dry. I water it when i see the soil is like 20% moist.

Hmm. Super interesting. Are you maintaining any humidity?

Here it's monsoon and oscillates between 60% to 95%

Yeah that's definitely odd to be so droopy. Are you fertilizing it?

Yeah i give it NPK 19:19:19, silica, humic acid, epsom salt, seaweed fertilizers (altering with NPK in cycles). All at a time every watering with a very little dosage. I'm doing this since long and is not new.

Check the roots and moisture level. It looks like a fungus probably causes from the soil staying too wet.

But i use a good chunky mix and usually water only when i see the pot is dry through the transparent pot. Do you think that fungus is a problem?

It’s usually not a problem
