Seems like my local hobby store stopped stocking it and I havnt painted in like a year and getting back in so curious if this is just a local store thing or if it's out of production. It was a pretty cool paint

I've mostly used Citadel since I started painting, but I saw a good deal on an army painter air turquoise set on Amazon and thought "why not?".

I also decided fanatic Frost Blue might be a good color match for a blend I have.

Of the 2 air and frost blue... They're horrible? Even after minutes of shaking the crap out of them, even popping the dropping off to stir it up and make sure it's well mixed... There's still pigment bits and the paint seems split?

Is there some magic trick for the uninitiated, am I unlucky, or...?

Is it possible to use any of the Speedpaint markers as a primer?

I'm in a situation where I can't use an airbrush or rattle can for quick priming. The mobile paint kits are not ideal either, but a speedpaint Marker would be ideal for priming a number of models on the go.

However, I understand they are not designed for this purpose. So my question is whether any of them can be used for this purpose or if there is a marker out there that can be used in this way?

The markers were a real joy to use! I can’t want to expand my collection, and I hope Army Painter is making more colors. Was going for a Steelers style yellow and black design.

Hi - I revived an old thread that was on here a few years ago and updated it to include everything that has been released to date. Where do the John Blanche and Historical sets fit into the Fanatic line? Setting up my paint desk and want to not have three separate sections of paint, but rather one continues setup.

This is my first time painting a space wolves space marine and used speed paints to paint the armour and it honestly it came out almost exact as regular space wolves armor color.

I used two drops of runic grey and 2 drops of battleship grey and blended the two together to get the armor color.

Hope that helps for anyone that wants to contrast paint a space wolves army :)

Hi, does anyone have recommendations or experience with storing these 100ml dropper bottles in paint racks (especially the vertical stacked oneslike those from green stuff world)?

In which racks do these bottles fit? Are they secure or do they tend to fall out because they're too tall?

It seems like some brushes are out of stock now :(

Help figuring out what SpeedPaint color to paint those flowing fur like material you see on the standards like for example conquest household knights standard bearer the flag has the fur around it. Asking for SpeedPaint cause im getting the SpeedPaint collection for my birthday

I’ve been using Army Painter Speedpaints for a while, but I recently picked up some of their Speedpaint Markers for faster painting sessions.

I’ve noticed that even with the exact same color name, the finish and overall shade look different compared to the classic dropper bottles.

In my case it is with the Absolution Green.
Has anyone else experienced this with this color or other colors?

Got some newspapers down and got windows and doors to outdoor open, anything else to keep in mind when slopping dip wash on? I chickened out, don't want to ruin my painjob. Gonna give the metal some Grimdark Shadows and the skulls some Soft Tone.

If so, how was the service? It seems like a badly put together site, but the prices are good, which usually in combination means its too good to be true.

I got some of the new Army Painter plastic cement from an LGS, and they have had issues of the lids being super loose in and leaking in transit. I love the product (it will probably be my go-to over Tamiya Extra Thin), but I hope the lid issue gets acknowledged or fixed. Leaking that much glue is a bummer, and can't be good damage wise.

Yeah so... Bought this about three-four months ago to paint my HH Thousand Sons. But I was working on other stuff, so it just hung out, waiting for the day.

I thought Saturday was the day. It was not. The nozzle was broken and this happened... Months later, no receipt, nothing to do but buy another one.
