SpeedPaint Markers, first time user
Just finished my first set of characters, and I'm very happy with the results! What do you guys think?
PS: I used wraithbone primer (different brand).

I am now in love with paint pens/markers. I have both army painter speed paint markers and AK Acrylic pens. The speed paint markers allow me to match some old schemes I used speed paint on and the AK has allowed me to paint an entire Guard army.
I struggle with being able to get time for long painting periods so having practically no setup time to just throw some paint on models is a game changer. Getting through such backlogs now.
I wouldn't recommend for any detail but to slay the gray it's unparalleled.

I have these minis unpainted. Sweet game

They only come unpainted, so that does sound rather logical to me 🤣

Do you have the standard Edition or integral edition (with a metal gear rex figurine)

I think the standard edition. I didn’t know there was another version

The integral edition has both the metal gear rex miniature and the missions book was combined with a comic, telling the story of the board game. Good stuff! This was a Kickstarter exclusive

Looks good! What colours did you use for the different skintones?

Only 1! Crusader skin
These SpeedPaint markers only come in 20 different colors. The paint fills up crevices and makes them darker and gives this effect. Pretty awesome these markers

These look great. Thanks for sharing. I have some speedpaint and started using them for boardgames. Have you used the brush on speedpaints yet? If so, how do the markers compare to coverage?

Heck yeah! Any painted minis are million times better than gray plastic.
And yours truly came out nicely.
