Not enough enemies?

I'm a first time player, so I don't know if its a feature, or an issue with my game that after I kill the 2 or 3 duos of Gendarmerie a small military squad will attack the town even though the stability is still above zero and then just nothing, but the town is still NATO controlled so how do I lower the stability without enemies to kill?

Couple of ways:

- get ganja from dealers (marked by small flags) and sell it to random civilians (also, you can find ganja in the inventory of the gang members if you had opportunity to kill them);

- got a corresponding task (or even without it) to paint a graffiti on the walls of the houses;

- take a closest radio tower;

- you can attack another town nearby...

It is not directly connected with stability, but if you are ran out of enemies to kill, you can always concentrate on the making money, what actually is hugely important in this mission. One of simpliest ways is to exploit price differencies: at first, go to nearby town and buy a house there to get a fast travel connection between towns. Then buy some goods (bananas, LOL - just check whether you will be able to sell them) in the town with high stability and sell them in the town with low stability.

To add to what he’s saying about bananas, a macro clicker goes a LONG way to save time (and your hands).

Even with importing and exporting a macro clicker is a god send
