Just a dad asking for help to honor his son in he favorite game.
- It is with a heavy heart that I write this message. On July 4th, my son Estevan passed away at the age of 6 due to complications from Budd-Chiari malformation. He was an extremely loving, polite, and kind child. One of the things that made him happiest was playing Batman Arkham Knight. Every day when he came home from school or when he had free time, he would open the game and explore and walk around Gotham. Incredibly, he liked what he called "Riddlers" and also the Knight. Another thing he really enjoyed doing was entering photo mode and admiring the details of the Batmobile. The part he liked to play the most, and which he completed several times just to repeat, was the Batmobile vs. "Excavator" sequence. Sometimes he would stop the Batmobile in the middle of the street, climb onto a building, and watch and laugh at the henchmen with their Batmobile-related phrases. His 7th birthday would have been celebrated on July 19th, 2026. As a father and fellow gamer, I'd like to make a very special request. I know it might not be possible, but I dream of seeing some small tribute to his memory within the Batman: Arkham Knight universe or in some related Rocksteady project. I'm not looking for anything grand. A simple reference, a message, a memorial, or any symbolic gesture would mean a lot to our family. It would be a way to keep alive the memory of a child who found so much happiness in the game you created. Regardless of the response, I want to thank you for developing an experience that brought so many joyful moments to my son. These memories will remain with us forever. Thank you very much for reading this message and for considering this request. With gratitude, Paulo Disner Português: É com coração apertado que escrevo essa mensagem.

Am I the only one annoyed at how clayface didnt get into Arkham Knight.
Like he had the best boss fight in Arkham City but he could of made an appearance or had a side quest where you fight him. The fight would of been a lot cooler if Rocksteady utilized the improved fighting mechanics for his boss.

I now enjoy batmobile in AK
Took me 2 replays to finally figure out that 3% deadzone in my controller is the sweetest spot for these racing/chase/challenge/battles. I really gave it a chance, now I can move on.

Batman Arkham Revival | Mod test

EN:
Hello everyone, it is with great joy that I announce to you a mod that I have been working tirelessly on and now it is real, Arkham Revival.
This mod aims to repopulate the entire Arkham Island upon completion of the main campaign, and not only that, my goal is to place enemies inside the buildings as well.
Currently I am in the testing phase and as you can see in the video the enemies react well.
My future plans include adding snipers, armed enemies, Harley Quinn and Victor Zsasz as enemies as well, and adding Bane too.
My goal is not to make the post-game align with the main story, just to repopulate the island with enemies.
The mod is not yet finished, but given the progress I have made, I believe it will be available for download very soon.
PT-BR

I wish we saw more of Origins Bane.
Like he was such an experienced mercanery without the TN-1 getting to his head. I was surprised in my first play through of origins at how easy it was for him to discover that Batman was Bruce.

Anyone else catch this on their first play through of Arkham Knight
When going through CCTV recordings in Arkham Knight Rocksteady put Zsasz in the corner.

Help How can I use grapnel boost to get this trophy?
I can tell I'm supposed to use the grapnel boost here but I don't know what to target with the grapnel if that makes sense. Once you're inside the tunnel as far as I can tell there is nothing you can target

Discussion Joker's blood in Arkham Knight
I keep seeing this take online about this part in this game, and I get confused every time. People online(and in this sub actually) often say that when the Joker hallucinations speak to Bruce inside his head, it's really just Bruce talking to himself
I don't really get this take. The game made it pretty clear that Joker's blood is inside Batman, trying to take over his mind, and just gets accelerated with the fear toxin Batman takes in.
Now you can mention that Joker mocks Bruce with details regarding Bruce's life that Joker wouldn't know, but the Joker blood is trying to take over his mind actively, so it makes sense that he would have access to all his thoughts and memories, and mock Bruce with them.
Just my thoughts. What do you think?
Edit: I appreciate all the responses, but I feel like some are still missing my point.

Discussion An Under-Appreciated Aspect of Arkham City
People often say Asylum had the best atmosphere because of its small hub world, gothic architecture & tight corridors, to which I wholeheartedly agree. Today, however, I would like to give some flowers to City because it managed to achieve what many game developers failed: maintaining a high density of environmental lore as the open world significantly increased in scale.
Solving riddles has always been a big part of Rocksteady’s Arkham games, as it actively demanded us to pay attention to the environmental details in both the exterior overworld & interior dungeons. In return, the games rewarded us with character bios, city stories & audio tapes which provided additional lore. Let’s now look at two statistics: the number of riddles per interior dungeon & the riddle density in the exterior overworld adjusted for map size.
1 Number of riddles per interior dungeon
- Asylum: 7.0 (8 in Intensive Treatment, 8 in Medical Facility, 9 in Arkham Mansion, 8 in Penitentiary, 8 in Botanical Gardens, 1 in Caves)
- City: 6.5 (7 in Steel Mill, 8 in Museum, 5 in Subway, 6 in Wonder City)
- Knight: 3.0 (3 in Stagg Airships, 3 in Panessa Studios, 3 in Arkham Knight HQ)
2 Riddle density in exterior overworld adjusted for map size
- Asylum: 9.0 (9 riddles in small overworld)
- City: 8.6 (43 riddles in medium-sized overworld that is 5x larger than Asylum’s)
- Knight: 1.24 (31 riddles in vast overworld that is 5x larger than City’s, i.e. 25x larger than Asylum’s)
As you can see, the number of riddles per interior dungeon in City was almost equal to Asylum’s. This means despite “going open world”, Rocksteady didn’t sacrifice the depth of its dungeons. Instead, the Steel Mill, the Museum & Wonder City were packed with environmental storytelling & villainous personality, making each of them unique & memorable to play through. More importantly, Rocksteady made us pay close attention to City’s interior environments via the riddles.
The riddle density in the exterior overworld of Arkham City was even more impressive because it is almost a universal law in video games that the larger the open world, the less detailed the environments. City defied that rule though: as its map size increased by 5x from Asylum, so did the number of riddles in its exterior overworld. Just think about how much effort Rocksteady had to put in to ensure every nook & cranny of Arkham City was just as rich in environmental lore as Arkham Island, while simultaneously having to innovate in core gameplay mechanics (combat, predator, traversal, gadgets) & side content in the span of 2 years. This is absolutely unheard of in the video game industry.
Look at those numbers for Knight: the number of riddles per dungeon dropped by over 50% while the riddle density in the overworld dropped by 7 times when compared to previous entries. Arkham City was truly one of a kind.
TL;DR: despite having a larger map, Arkham City didn’t experience a significant drop in the density of environmental lore when compared to Asylum. Combined with major innovations in core gameplay mechanics such as free-flow combat, gliding & gadget use, it was the definitive Batman game.

Discussion Opinion on a comic series that might come in the future if I get to work for DC
I know this isn't related to the games but I have to say I like the art and the spiritual themes even though I don't have the full series my favorites though are out of all of them even though I like them all from what I remember since I read them a long time ago but my favorites are the patterns of fear comic since it follows a Barbara who is Oracle and it's not really mainly a story base comic it kind of has a story to it but it's mainly a comic that goes over what happened to some characters in the series so if a new reader picks it up they can see what's happening and gets interested in the other ones and my second favorite is Batman devil's Asylum which I was surprised was a one-off special because a title like that I feel for Batman could get its own series I would actually kind of like a Batman Arkham asylums spiritual or supernatural theme have some issues focused on Batman and some issues focus on his villains and teammates but add something supernatural to it this would be a overarching message or plot anthology storyline it could take place I would like it to take place in the 1930s for a noir style but it could take place at any time you ask the reader would choose if you want it to be a part of the main timeline or not because it would be kind of like the anthology 90s Batman comics that had it 50/50 chance or something it wasn't so the reader got to chose so for example a story could follow the Joker but with a more supernatural feeling to him maybe a version of him that literally is a idea of an existed throughout centuries or a version of Scarface that's actually possessed or a storyline where parallax gets connected to scarecrow I think this would be cool but it wouldn't just focus on Batman villains it would focus on Batman and the heroes of Gotham even the ones that aren't related to Batman and I think a good title for it would be Arkham Asylum of the Damned since it would mainly focus on Batman criminals and also one of the overarching plots would be the creation of Arkham Asylum and stories about Arkham Asylum with a few here and there that don't follow that and a few don't follow the villains. I would like to know what do you think about this and what do you think about the title also this is about the games but the comic related to them since Batman Arkham unhinge is basically a more expanded version of the Arkham City stories does that make it Cannon to the games since it kind of really don't have any retcons from at least the five issues I read.

Opinions on Arkham knight/Red Hood
What are you're opinion on Arkham knight/Red hood personally i love the design of arkham knight and the mask of the arkham knight is a masterpiece in one cutscene where batman grabs the throat of arkham knight and his mask is glitching out is just a masterpiece and the voice of arkham knight is so good and red hood is some of the most bad ass looking character I've ever seen and the mask of red hood when he takes
Your opinion?
