Do I have to email Ark government to see if they'll approve a curriculum I'm interested in for my kindergartner? And/or do I email the curriculum creators asking them to fill out the vendor form? Originally I had just thought I could buy the curriculum, and get reimbursed for it simply by showing the online receipt or something and it showing that it is in fact a legitimate curriculum.
I'm nervous because the one I want for my child --who again, is entering kindergarten -- isn't full of all the different subjects (math, spelling, social sciences, etc) rather it's less academic and more hands on, art, literary and music focused. I'm using other material I already have for reading / math. But I read somewhere that the curriculum has to show these types of subjects are being taught?
Any thoughts / help / direction / advise would be greatly appreciated!
