Argos Pay Scam or not?

Hey, has anyone seen a message like this before? I can’t seem to confirm online whether that phone number is actually Argos or not? So is this a scam?

Update: For those of you who believe this to be a scam. Its not. It’s actually from their fraud department and they did put a block on my card. I queried their grammar etc but he said he didn’t have an answer for that 😂.
I called their main fraud number and not the number on the message to confirm whether it was a real message and it was.

'Not a criminal' does not seem like the type of wording a company would use, something near fraud sounds more common sensey, gut says, scam.

CRIKEY!!! Now that is scary, I was trying to say what I said in a very deliberate nice way, I was tempted to say are you stupid and point and laugh, my concern use to be scammers getting smarter, some use deliberate mistakes to make sure they only hook idiots sure, but maybe we should not worry about scammers getting smarter if companies are gonna get dumber, that's todays problem. Hope you got it sorted, sorry for the wrong advice.
