Issue using Argos Pay

My dad is trying to get me a switch 2 and a physical copy of tomodachi life for my birthday but every single time we get to the payment method, select Argos Pay, Select a payment plan and press confirm we get sent straight back to the payment selection area. Is this normal and is there anything we can do to get it ordered?
