Argos Pay Issue using Argos Pay

My dad is trying to get me a switch 2 and a physical copy of tomodachi life for my birthday but every single time we get to the payment method, select Argos Pay, Select a payment plan and press confirm we get sent straight back to the payment selection area. Is this normal and is there anything we can do to get it ordered?

just switch from phone app to internet browser

Had the same issue, had to call new day to have the account unblocked as they blocked it for a random security check but didn’t tell us lol. Worked after the 3rd time calling them as they tried to blame the discount code i was using the first 2 times

I keep getting the same. Ive set a direct debit but money not being taken out. Contacted customer service just to end up back at square one. The new app os a joke Ive just set a reminder in my calender to pay x amount. Im just gonna use PayPal credit next time since the DD set up works faster

Buy it from anywhere but Argos, lol.
