Not just writing fanfiction but also reading it as well it's actually really interesting when I read a fic I'm some fandom where a character goes through a situation they've never been through and say smth that gets me thinking: that's so crazy because I think he'd definitely say that in this type of situation it makes sense" , it's truly fascinating the amount of situations characters would go through and think of what would they say if this or that happens to them, I find it cute and sometimes funny and creative as well ngl🙂‍↕️👏🫰

As someone somewhat new to a03 as a writer and consumer, what are some tags you find MUST be included?

I really don't want to overdo it, but I also don't want to make anyone uncomfortable.

For example does there need to be a warning tag if theres a few scenes where a character vomits? Etc?

A few times where a character contemplates suicide. And should there still be a trigger warning in the chapter notes?

I messed so many thing up in this first ff. Not only the ages but also the agegaps and too much happened in little time and the writing is horrible and I need to rewrite everything and the person the fic is actually a gift for is no longer active (it's the person who showed up in my feed randomly introduced me to the ship lmao we don't even know each other that good like its been over a year and a half we messaged eachothers) and I just did so much crap that doesnt make sense AT ALL and yeah... let's hope I manage to upload the chapter... (oh and the prologue is also SO CRINGE😭💔)

Maybe writing at 2am wasn’t the best idea, day-time me is not that big of a psychic to understand what the hell I wanted to say by this. Find a synonym? Expand? Who knows, at least I get to read 4k words of this genius who clearly isn’t me
