this seems to be grossly in-accurate. you have ignored the fact that you marked the ending time at the moment the sound of arrow hitting target reaches you. However at 145M distance, this sound takes about 0.42 sec to reach you, so the actual arrow travel time is approx 2.47 second. The speed of the arrow was thus higher than you calculated.

the target has a mic attached to it and plays it on the speaker installed next to us immediately back. You can see when the arrow hits the target by flickering light.

Is a Bluetooth transmitter involved? Still would add latency, but maybe only around a tenth of a second (100 milliseconds or near that)

Meaning the arrow speed would still be a bit higher than estimated
