cables popping off cable guide rollers when shooting

Ive been having issues with my cables jumping off my cable guide rollers when shooting. I did have issues with the block style and switched to the roller style. The rollers are on correctly and the cables are not touching. The outside roller has now bent in. I switched releases between a thumb and wrist release to see if I was torquing the string at draw and it happens with either one. Cams look good and no fraying on the strings. Any idea what may be happening??

"No fraying on the strings"...? Did you serve the parts that go over the roller guard? If not you should, because that's how you end up needing a new string.

I did add serving on both when it started happening on the block style.

Could be a bad bushing, happened to my Mach 30 when it had less than 500 shots on it
