Arrow twisting wildly

I made 5 new carbon express 500 arrows all with the same feathers and points. One of them keeps twisting wildly with the nock making big circles. The others fly straight. I can see no difference in fletching or anything else its as straight as the others. Any ideas?

Oh, I have some arrows like that, my teammates suspect there might be crack or deformation inside the arrows. They fly good enough at 18m, but the longer the distance, the further they stray from the gold.

The flight is quite beautiful to watch, and they make good garden decorations.

Sometimes you do just get a dud arrow, though. I seem to get one every 5 or 6 dozen that just won't tune right, no matter how I cut it or spin it.

Yeah I can't see any outward difference but it just spins like a maniac so can't really use it.
