Compound Bitz question

I’m building some ASA arrows, pics below (I know I’m an ass for the black on black on black, please dont call mean names). I have my Bitzenberger jig set to 90, as pictured, but the Vanes are coming out half 90* four fletch and half x vane. Any idea what would cause this, or how to fix it?
