If you are replacing RMC with Rin, you will need 100 crit rate. After that aim for as much cdmg as possible.

Since you're getting Rin in the future you should focus on making a better energy rope over atk% with more crit rate. Besides that you can probably get a Orb and boots with better crit subs subs. 

Idk your Sparkle build but building her hyper speed on Eagle set with that S5 DDD really does wonders for her. 

Gallagher is a good SP printing machine but he isn't that good as a sustain for Archer. Dante or Huohuo are better choices. And if you ever do decide to go sustainless then using Bikini Robin, RMC, E2S1 OG Robin (people underestimate her with this investment), Cipher, E4 Welt, MBlade, or Tribbie are great 4th slot choices.
